Guests may cancel free of charge if completed 7 days prior to check-in. After the stated deadline, a fee equal to the first night’s price of the reservation (plus applicable taxes) will be charged. Guests who no-show will be charged the full price of the reservation.

Front Deskhours are 8AM EST - 8PM EST. 

CHECK-IN - Guests may check-in AFTER 4PM EST on stated arrival/check-in date and BEFORE 8AM the next morning. Early check-in is not guaranteed but can be requested.

CHECK-OUT - Guests must check-out BEFORE 11AM on stated departure/check-out date. Failure to properly leave the room by stated time may result in a late check-out fee. Late check-outs cannot be guaranteed but may be requested. The balance of the guest’s full invoice is due at check-out. 

Please note that a detailed inspection of the room will be made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room is occupied again.


Yes, Wiggins Pass Chalet requires a deposit of your first night’s room rate plus taxes upon confirmation of your reservation. This deposit is refundable based upon our cancellation policy. Same-day reservations do not require this deposit. 

Yes! Wiggins Pass Chalet would be happy to pre-stock refrigerators for all guests. Simply send an email to austin@wigginspasschalet.com with your grocery list and preferred store, then pay the balance of the receipt at the front desk upon arrival! We do not charge a delivery or service fee, only the cost of the groceries. 

No, Wiggins Pass Chalet charges no additional fees! The Hotel offers an optional amenity which would be charged to the guest: Pre-stocking the room with groceries. However, we charge no fees for this amenity, simply the amount of the receipt!

Wiggins Pass Chalet is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes, e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $250 fine.

We do not allow pets on the property unless they are a service animal. 

Both early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be guaranteed but may be requested. In the event of an unauthorized late check-out, a late check-out fee may be charged. The fee is calculated as follows: 25% of room rate up to 2 hours late. 50% of room rate up to 4 hours late. Full room rate up to 5 hours late. 

Wiggins Pass Chalet offers free, on-site parking to all guests of the Hotel. 

Extensions of stay are subject to availability – they may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. For guests to have the best chance of extending their stay, a formal request for an extension should be made as soon as possible. 

Wiggins Pass Chalet DOES NOT offer any ADA compliant accommodations. However, the Hotel does offer 1 ADA friendly room, as well as an ADA compliant public restroom. Our ADA friendly room contains a wheelchair accessible kitchen – all cabinets, sinks, and appliances are accessible by wheelchair. The bathroom contains grab bars for both the toilet and shower, as well as a wheelchair accessible sink. However, the shower in this unit contains a lip, and is not accessible by wheelchair. 

Yes! Wiggins Pass Chalet has onsite washing machines and dryers that guests may use free of charge.
